Seller Vault is a fulfillment-as-a-service platform for Depop resellers. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes. This policy explains exactly what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used and protected.
Age Restriction: Seller Vault is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 18, you may not use this service.

Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive, store, or process your raw credit card or bank details. When you top up your wallet, Stripe provides us with a payment confirmation and the amount; no raw payment credentials are transmitted to or stored by us. Extension Data
The Seller Vault Chrome Extension captures data from Depop pages while you use it (listings, slugs, prices, images) and sends it to our API to power features like Active Listings and Relist History. The extension does not run on pages other than depop.com and does not read your Depop login credentials, payment information, or messages.
Technical and Log Data
Our infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers) may automatically log basic request metadata including IP addresses, request timestamps, and response codes. This data is used solely for security monitoring, abuse prevention, and ensuring service reliability. It is not linked to your personal profile.

We retain your account data and service records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate fraud-prevention purposes.
Wallet transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial recordkeeping requirements.
Seller Vault is a commercial service intended exclusively for adult users. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 13. This service is not directed at children, and individuals under 13 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the Service.
If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information and terminate the associated account. Additionally, users between the ages of 13 and 17 are not permitted to use the Service. Seller Vault is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you must stop using the Service.
